AVAILABLE SIZES:

Our standard maximum layout is approximately 24″ wide × 14″ high.

Recommended lettering sizes:

• Business name: approximately 3″ tall
• City and state: approximately 2″ tall
• USDOT number: approximately 2″ tall
• MC or other numbers: approximately 2″ tall

The final size may be adjusted slightly based on the amount of information, selected font and available installation area.

REFLECTIVE VINYL AVAILABILITY:

Reflective vinyl may sometimes be unavailable due to current stock or supplier availability. Please contact us before purchasing if reflective lettering is required.

Available reflective colors may be limited and can change without notice. If the requested reflective material is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss another color, standard vinyl or a refund for the reflective upgrade.

COMPANY LOGO OPTION:

Add your company logo to create a more customized and professional appearance.

For the best results, please send your logo as a high-resolution PNG, SVG, EPS or PDF. Simple one-color logos may be produced from cut vinyl. Full-color or highly detailed logos may require printed and laminated vinyl.

Low-resolution artwork, complex designs or logo recreation may require an additional design fee. Contact us before ordering if you would like to include a logo.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select a single-door or two-door kit.
2. Enter your lettering information in the personalization box.
3. Include your preferred font and vinyl color in the personalization details field.
4. Send your logo by email at sales@daoutfitters.us if purchasing a logo upgrade.
5. Review the digital proof sent by email at sales@daoutfitters.us.
6. Approve your proof so production can begin.

Please carefully check all names, numbers and spelling. We produce the lettering exactly as approved.

APPLICATION:

Apply the decal only to a smooth, clean and completely dry vehicle surface.

The lettering arrives pre-spaced and covered with transfer tape. Position the decal, secure it in place, apply it firmly with a squeegee and carefully remove the transfer tape.

A squeegee is shown in some demonstration images for application purposes and is not included unless specifically stated.

FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS:

Federal regulations generally require qualifying commercial vehicles to display the legal name or registered trade name and USDOT number on both sides of the vehicle. The markings must contrast sharply with the vehicle and remain readable during daylight from 50 feet while the vehicle is stationary.

Federal regulations do not establish one universal minimum letter height for these markings. Our suggested 3″ and 2″ sizes are production recommendations based on common vehicle layouts and are not a guarantee of compliance.

State, local and industry-specific requirements may vary. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and confirming all marking, placement, sizing and registration requirements that apply to their vehicle.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

• Processing time: 3–5 business days
• Business days are Monday through Friday
• Orders received after 1 PM begin processing the following business day
• Weekends and holidays are excluded
• Standard shipping: $9.95
• Estimated carrier transit time is normally 3–5 business days
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends

Processing begins after all required information and proof approval have been received. Delayed proof approval may extend the completion date.

COLOR DISCLAIMER:

Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and the color of the vehicle. Please select a vinyl color that contrasts clearly with the vehicle surface.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER:

Every decal is designed, cut, weeded and prepared to order. Small variations may occur because this is a custom-made product.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before design or production begins.

Because this is a personalized product, returns and exchanges are not accepted for customer-provided spelling errors, incorrect numbers, incorrect measurements, color choices or approved designs.

Address changes must be requested within six hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order enters processing.

If your order arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
