Artwork service

Print Ready: Supply a complete, high-resolution design correctly sized for the magnet. This option includes a proof to verify the supplied design, not artwork creation or repairs. Please send a corrected file if the artwork needs editing.

Design Help: We create one original custom layout using the logo, text, and colors you supply. Includes one concept, a digital proof, and one round of minor corrections. Major redesigns, logo rebuilding, extensive image editing, or additional revision rounds require an approved additional quote.

How to order

1. Select your magnet size and artwork service. Every selection is a set of two.
2. Supply your print-ready artwork or your logo and business information through the product personalization form. Include the business name, phone, requested wording/services, colors, and any special instructions.
3. Review the digital proof; check spelling, phone numbers, colors and layout. Reply with explicit written approval.
4. After approval, we print, laminate, mount, finish, inspect, and prepare your pair for pickup or shipment.

Important — check your vehicle first

These magnets attach to magnetic steel body panels only. They will not adhere to aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or other nonmagnetic panels. Test the exact, flat area where you plan to place each magnet using a household magnet before ordering. Avoid trim, creases, curves, and damaged or repainted surfaces. The pictures are illustrative examples; verify size and fit before purchase.

Processing, shipping and pickup

Standard production is approximately 3–5 business days after all materials and written proof approval are received. Orders are processed Monday–Friday; after-1-PM orders begin the next business day. Fast shipping options may be available upon request, subject to current workload and carrier options. Shipping is additional; local pickup may be offered at checkout where available. Contact us before ordering for deadline-sensitive projects.

Care

Apply only to a clean, dry, smooth, flat steel surface. Remove and clean the magnets and vehicle surface regularly; remove magnets before automatic car washes and follow the included care guidance. Do not apply over wraps or decals. Keep both the magnets and vehicle surface dry before reapplying.

Personalized order policy: We require written proof approval before production. Once printing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If an item is damaged, defective or differs from the approved artwork, contact us so we can review and resolve the issue under applicable policies.
